I bought this Multitool for my husband, he loves gadgets that he can use every day and that would be useful in a survival kit. After using it, I now want one for myself! This would be an awesome Multitool to keep in any car. The size of the tool felt comfortable for both my husband and I, he has larger hands than I and didn’t have any problem with the size. It is as described! I have smaller hands but it didn’t feel cumbersome, I have had no problem using this when needed. It comes in an awesome nylon carrier with a blade cover on the axe, which makes carrying it around a breeze. It fits perfectly snug in the carrier so there is no risk of it falling out. It is extremely durable, yet lightweight in my hand. My husband absolutely loves it, he took it to work and now most of his coworkers want one. This is going to end up on my top 10 gift giving guide, it is a perfect option for anyone.

My husband absolutely loves this multi tool and has been having it on his side since our arrived. When he took it to work some of his coworkers have already ordered this tool too.From the box it is delivered to the case this makes the perfect gift option for those who enjoy knives and gadgets. This Multitool is kept in our car and used at camping trips in the weekend with scouts or taken on hikes for geocaching. The size of the tool felt comfortable for both my husband and myself, and our son can also maneuver and grip the plier portion with no trouble. I have small hands but it did not have an awkward feel when holding.The black nylon belt case includes a blade sheath on the axe, which makes carrying it around safe and secure. Not only does the case have the stitched belt loop tool but also has a strap with a solid snap with additional hook & loop velcro underneath the snap so there is no risk of losing or damage. Each blade is fastened in and rests against the top position when in use. The customer service and shared photos on this item provided great tips for using this tool! They sent a photo of how to hold the hammer side with axe blade up (with rubber sheath on ) and extend saw blade to use for sawing.

I have always liked giving the male members of my family useful survival type items. They come in very handy and useful at the most inopportune times. This is a 13 in 1 tool. It comes in its own case that has a belt loop on the back of it with a snap. It is very compact and light weight. These are great to keep on the motorcycle, snowmobiles, atv’ , campers, your vehicles and such. Some of the 13 tools are, hammer, pliers, screwdriver and Philips, wire cutter, bottle opener, saw, axe, file,knife, etc.

I have to stick up for this tool. I read the negative reviews. I would strongly recommend looking at the diagram that shows how big this tool is so you don’t think you are getting something much larger like some people did. I would also question the kind of user that is overly concerned with wearing it on their belt because they may need it that fast and often. It’s $25. It’s exactly what you should expect for that price. Some of the reviews make it sound like it failed someone who tried to start a contractor company with it. Other reviews made it sound like a person subjected themselves to a life or death survival situation only equipped with this tool. This is a wonderful option to keep in a glove box for a quick multifunction multitool. I keep mine in a side-by-side on a mountain where I am constantly away from a proper tool kit. If you find yourself faced with a major job please, go get major tools. The hammer, the snipper, pliers all of the tools are sturdy and work great in a pinch. If you need to build a house please be realistic. You are not chopping down trees with this thing but it’s darn helpful. If you break it you are too ambitious.

This is a very sturdy, compact multi-tool. Please note that the axe will NOT split large logs for firewood, but it does do great on scrap timber that you may need to split. I found I can use it on lumber up to the size of a 2 x 4; it should not be used on anything larger.It is a great, compact tool for camping; you may find that you’ll need a second one to handle all the jobs it can do around your campsite. For backpacking and other primitive camping, it saves weight, space, and the function of several tools.How I managed to get along w/o this before, I do not know.

Aside from the wildly pointless gendered description for this tool for “Men Dad Husband”, I went ahead and risked it all by purchasing this for use by someone with two X chromosomes. So far, the tool hasn’t exploded, melted, or started transmitting estrogen into the atmosphere.Okay but seriously – I was really impressed with how compact this tool is, the carrying case is more useful than I thought it would be (will stand up to being knocked around), and the axe blade side even comes with its own small cover that snaps on, to help keep users safe. Some really nicely thought-out details. Feels heavy enough to be able to make the hammer do good work, and comfortable to grip. Even for someone with no Y chromosomes whatsoever. This is getting added to a small emergency kit, and I’m thinking of getting a second one for another emergency kit for the whole house.

I wanted to get an ax, but did not want the weight of a super size one for my emergency bag. Picked this little axe up, and was pleasantly surprised. The only thing I’ve done (but not needed) to it was sharpen the blade just a little bit. Now, you are not going to chop down a full size tree with this, but certainly some smaller ones, and you certainly can split wood, but not in a single swing. What I did with this was actually hit it, got it sunk into the wood, and got another piece of wood and hit the axe behind it. Split very well. All the other tools are very nice, but I really wanted it for the axe and the hammer. I was even with a nice little sheath. Look, if you want a full size hatchet or axe, get one. if you want a small sturdy one to stick in the emergency bag, or on a hike, this is your tool.
