The beret without flash is exactly what I wanted. It is smaller than a Basque beret and has a neater appearance. I read some confusion about whether it was “shaped” or not. To make the nice tilt towards the side, the beret fabric must be pulled in that direction after it is placed on the head. I had no problems with the creases due to shipping that one reviewer mentioned. The creases disappeared a couple of days after removing it from its packaging.

This is the second one I ordered. My son plays the sousaphone in his high school marching band and the traditional band helmets won’t fit under the bell of the instrument. These are inexpensive, so it’s not a big deal when my forgetful teen leaves in on a band bus or drops it through the bleachers at a football game. It fits his large-ish head well and looks professional with the uniform. Highly recommend!

I’m a ARMY Green BERET, RANGER my two Berets, I have now have seen better days, I looked around and saw these on your site. I placed my order according to the size of my OLD Berets, The first one i received was small,the 2nd smaller, the third one was the smallest! I left a message explaining all this, along with email hoping it gets resolved , I need to speak at a school in uniform on Nov. 7, 2019 Hoping this gets done.

I order this beret to go with a uniform I need to wear occasionally. Although the fabric is a little thin, the Beret fit perfectly and meets my needs. All I had to do was affix my flash and crest and I was good to go.
