This is a great little tool for tracking and holding yourself accountable. I needed something to get my eating back on track and the overpriced apps just weren’t doing it anymore. This is a quality little notebook and has definitely helped me meet my fitness goals.

I love this book. It is easy to use and captures a great deal of information. The two week review was a pleasant surprise. The only thing I would ask for is a place to track weight. Since there is not a specific place I use the notes section.

I order this fitness and nutrition book and I really like the set-up and it is going to work out great for me.But as i flipped through it there is about 12 pages that are torn away from the spiral about half way up and that to me is very disappointing. I don’t see any way to fix this problem. Thank you

It’s very similar to one I had years ago. I loved that one and was unable to find one like it until now. This one is easy to use and has plenty of room to write in. It doesn’t include unnecessary information.
