My first stab at Ethiopian cooking was a hit with this as a centerpiece- spicy, creamy, hearty. Used a recipe off of YouTube and it only called for a couple of additional ingredients like diced tomatoes. Understand now why it is a staple of cooking there. My injera bread on the other hand, not so successful.
