    Judith Belmontโ€™s The 5-Minute Self-Care Journal for Women put a smile on my face during my initial read, and brings me a sense of calm and balance as I follow its daily prompts. I use the simple journal format to jumpstart my day with a positive outlook and renewed commitment to my physical and emotional health. Thank you, Ms Belmont for making my life richer and happier by providing me the tools and giving me the permission to reshape the way I see and treat myself.

    Judith Belmontโ€™s most recent book The 5-Minute Self Care Journal is a thoughtful and complete guide for helping us live a more positive, meaningful and uplifting life. Each journal topic enables the reader to reflect on thoughts and feelings in a way that can turn negative self judgement into self worth, self love or self forgiveness.As J. Belmont writes, โ€œwe can change wrong turns into right turnsโ€ and then find silver linings in most of lifeโ€™s experiences.This book written in a journal style, gives the reader the opportunity to think through feelings and experiences both good ones and bad ones, and also put these thoughts and feelings onto paper, which in turn can help us begin to notice and change the parts of our life that may block us from being whole and happy.Thank you Judy for helping to promote self-growth and wellness in your readers.

    Everyday we take care of the people and business of our lives, but not too often do we actually take even more than a moment to “better” understand and improve our lives. Judith Belmont’s 5-minute self-care journal has great prompts to think about and mindfully act upon. What I love about using this beautiful guide is opening it up in the morning (with my (1st) mug of coffee) to start the day thinking about my intentions through guided prompts. It has very positively influenced my actions.

    This new book by Judy Belmont, The 5-minute self care journal for women, has been very helpful to me.The suggestions and ways to relax, let go of the past, release anxiety and live a more grounded and balanced life filled with gratitude and abundance, resonated with me. Spending a few minutes a day to practice affirmations and positive energy, has started the new year the best way!

    I love this new journal. Every day has a writing prompt to reflect on. They are positive, inspiring, relaxing, and also suggest simple changes which are transformative and empowering. You can take five minutes to start your day on a positive note, or if you want you can spend a little extra time for a deeper dive. My favorite part is that there is also a recommendation for something to do, such as set a boundary, make a health appointment, or message a friend. Every day also has a positive affirmation. This journal would make a great gift for a friend!

    This wonderful self-improvement guide has so many examples of how we, as women, can take better care of ourselves. The author made it easy, by giving ideas of things we can do on a daily basis to feel more fulfilled and be kinder to ourselves. The activities can be brief, as the title suggests, and serve as a vehicle for improving quality of life. I liked the variety and creativity of activities, from journaling to imagery, goal setting, reflection and stress management. Everyone will be able to take away something constructive from this guide.

    As women we are typically so busy taking care of others, that we forget about ourselves. This book is a quick, easy way to start changing that. Ms. Belmont provides ways to reflect on your thoughts, behaviors and actions and begin making changes. As she points out, “stressed” is “desserts” spelled backwards. I love thinking about that on a tough day!

    Judith Belmont’s newest book couldn’t have come at a better time. Women of all ages are experiencing enormous pressure during the ongoing pandemic. I found it useful to skip around the 150 pages of suggestions, rather than work in order, picking the prompt that worked best that day. Her self-care strategies incorporate mind, body and soul.

    The 5-minute Self-Care Journal for Women was an eye opener for me. It’s amazing as a wife, mother, friend, and nurse how this book made me realize I need to stop, slowdown and take care of myself. I read the book in two days, and started journaling immediately. Thank you Judith Belmont for making me aware of the time I need for myself daily!

    Judy Belmont targets issues we all face at one time or another as we journey through this thing called LiFE!Her latest book, The 5 Minute Self Care Journal for Women, is just that and so much more.My children, my husband, my career and my community were always my top prioritiesโ€ฆNot much time left for me to think about me.This book has made me stop and think about me.It is highly motivational and because it is interactive it really makes you reflect on what was and think about how you can improve your everyday life from today forward.A great way to start everydayโ€ฆ.5 minutes just for me and my Journal!I highly recommend this book and thank Ms Belmont for writing this Journal
