Great quality and craftsmanship. Authentic. Have actually reorder this shofar four times. So, highly recommend it. Great gift too for someone. It took me about 10 minutes to learn how to use it, but I did. Of the four I ordered three were of the cream color and one was a black …so the color varies but that is to be expected since it is a ram’s horn. Sound is great. Takes practice. Can do it now for 30 secs and end on a high note.

This Shofar is a great. We ordered the 16”-18”. My son played it for our Rosh Hashanah celebration. He plays the trumpet so we designated him to play the Shofar. We will order a larger one soon but we love this one!
I am very satisfied with my ram’s horn shofar. It came in perfect condition and It barely has a smell and the smell it does have honestly isn’t that bad. I would go with a musty smell like someone else had mentioned in their review. I’m glad about that and thankful as I was like Lord please don’t let it have a horrible smell when I get it..lol..because other people have said theirs had a really bad smell to it. I wish it would of came with a carrying bag as I’m having a hard time finding one for it for traveling purposes. I’m also looking for a stand. Maybe I can find one off Amazon, but again overall I’m satisfied with my first ram’s horn shofar?

I love the shofar. I wish I had gotten a bigger one simply because it is beautiful. I have wanted one for a long time and finally broke down and purchased this. I reviewed a lot of different ones before deciding to order from this provider but I could not be more pleased. I saw some reviews of other sites with complaints of odor. There is no odor. It took me several tries to actually get a sound out of the shofar but practice make perfect. Each time I look at it I am reminded of the spiritual battle and the call to worship our Lord. It simply makes me want to know Him more each day. Thank you for the beautiful shofar and what it means.

My husband loves it. The little extra items made it more unique than most others. We prefer the ram horns over the cow since many see a correlation between the cow horns and the golden calf after exiting Egypt. My husband hasn’t gotten the hang of playing it yet but he really loved it. We didn’t notice any smell! Good purchase
I always wanted a shofar, but not the big ones. This is nice and small but it makes it a little more difficult to blow. But, I’m getting the hang of it and have gotten a few good ones out. When I do, it sounds pretty cool.

I’m very familiar with shofar and this is a good one. I see too many reviews regarding smell and trouble blowing. The shofar isn’t a trumpets tuba’ or any manufacturer instrument. This is an actual horn removed from an animal. This horn is fine learn to brush inside. Use a drinking straw to learn how to blow a steady stream of air. Works well when your lips are oiled or use chapstick generously.
I love this shofar kit, especially the value for the price. It’s beautiful, no odor and the Rose of Sharon oil smells divine. My only complaint is the horn is somewhat cracked throughout the bottom but no hole that I can see. I hope you can see the crack in the last photo outside in front of window. Also, I’ve tried but can’t play it, even trying by following instruction manual. The water thing is difficult but hopefully I will be able to master it with lots of time and effort. I’m considering ordering another shofar kit from them, pray it’s not cracked and use this one for display purposes only.
