Love this pancake mix! The real test came when my husband tried annnnnddd LOVE them! So great with some lactose free milk! Vegan free, perfect for lactose intolerant individuals! Great Flavor, even when made with water instead of lactose free milk!

I am gluten intolerant plus now diabetic, mildly. I look for keto foods and I was so hungry for pancakes. i have been strict on carbs and minimal to no wheat, rice, corn, etc. figured I would give this a try. I was very surprised how good they were. Made 2 7-8″ pancakes, a hearty meal and i bought keto maple syrup and was in heaven. I am hoping to figure out how to make some desserts with this mix and stay in low carb levels. Very satisfied with product. A little pricey over other reg brands, but for my needs it is great.

These taste awesome, some people complained of the texture, but I found them to be like a flapjack, or a slightly thicker crepe. Tossed some blue agave and strawberries on there, and yum!!
Delicious by themselves or with your favorite fruit topping. A great way to get protein into your diet. Will purchase again.

I will preface this by saying I barely cook. It took me several minutes to find my frying pan as I never use it. I am also basically a vegetarian, and never keep eggs or milk in the house. So I just threw some of the Superfoods pancake powder in a bowl, added water without measuring, and cooked in coconut oil. It was really delicious and I impressed myself. They were a little dense, but I really enjoyed!

I love this mix! It is confusing to see some of the bad comments. If cooked properly, these come out thick and fluffy. I use a little butter in a cast iron skillet. There is no bitter taste as with other mixes I have tried. I have not tried them without eggs in the mix though. I use maple syrup, apple butter or jam as topping.

I love the taste of this product. With a household member that needs to consume a high level of protein everyday with limited liquid intake, these pancakes (or waffles if you have a waffle iron) are perfect. The portions are a little small compared to other brands – BUT I think these are far better. I’ll keep buying them.My only complaint (and I hate to do it on the product, but Amazon doesn’t easily let you complain about delivery) is that the deliverer noted “It was handed directly to a resident.” That is a lie. The deliverer didn’t even walk it to the front door. The package was left in front of the closed garage door only about 50 feet from the front door. Don’t know why they couldn’t walk it to the front door and why they felt the need to inaccurately report handing it directly to a resident.

I make this base with eggs and water and they come out light and fluffy. I try to clean eat as much as possible and this makes GREAT waffles. I don’t do pancakes because I never have good luck with getting them cooked properly without them coming out raw or burned. Therefore, waffles it is. Highly recommend!!

I changed my diet and how I eat. I added more fiber and protein to my diet and reduced my carb and sugar intake. I decided to replace a meal with some protein powder and I love the Orgain chocolate protein powder. After using the powder for awhile and enjoying it. I decided I was gonna cheat and have pancakes one weekend, and I came across this pancake mix. I was a bit skeptical at first, expecting it to suck. But I can honestly say they were pretty good. I don’t think anyone would notice the difference. Only thing I noticed was they weren’t as fluffy as normal pancakes. They are a bit more dense, nothing too bad. If you are trying to eat less carbs and still want a weekend breakfast, I recommend using this
Delish pancakes! I followed basic instructions, then added blueberries. One cup of dry mix made enough for two people. Perfect!
