I am currently ordering things for my customized camper van and this was one I knew was a MUST HAVE. I tested it out the day it arrived and it works exactly as expected. I will have a shower in the camper van but this is great as a backup and a shower option when we are drydocking. Because it is portable, we can also use it when coming back from the beach to wash off sand before getting back in the van and we can use it to wash off the dog before entering. The water flow is pretty good and I love the fact that the water is warm and all of that warmth just comes simply from the sun! I may order a second one because we love it that much.

A few items about this product that screams quality vs- the others. The big easy fill screw on cap made it easy to fill. The rugged handle goes over the shoulder when carrying it full of water, and un-clips to connect to a rope to lift it up. The clear rubber hose did not kink. After a day in in 80-degree sun, the water was a comfortable 105 degree Fahrenheit. 2 of us took showers, and had water left over to rinse the dinner dishes after we washed the dishes. We hung it high in the tree every day after it warmed the water. Easy to use, and did the job just great.

it’s worded in a way to make u believe that it’s heated by solar power but it really means it’s heated up by using the sun beaming down at it and it just warming base on surrounding temp. Besides that it’s not as heavy as I thought it would be fully full. At max capacity the bag will take almost 6 minutes to empty. I would say 5.5 to 6 minutes giving you 1 or 2 minutes to soak then cut off and another 3 or 4 minutes to rinse off which is pretty good. As a truck driver this is pretty good. In winter I guess you can put bag next to vent to heat up and if you have a reefer truck like me you can set the temp to a good setting and take a great shower in your trailer.

I see a lot of people saying the bag rips and tears….I haven’t had such issue. I have a stand though that holds the bag not just leaves it hanging..so maybe that’s why other peoples have ripped. USE A STAND COMMON SENSE 5 gallons is almost fifty pounds that you can’t just leave hanging it’s going to need extra support

I bought this for camping, know I will love it, but I bought a longer hose so I can reach more ” parts”!

I got this for my last camping trip in Bryce Canyon, Utah. Luckily there were onsite bathrooms and paid showers. So, I didn’t use this for a shower, but, I did use it for many other uses. Such as washing my hands, or brushing my teeth, rinsing cups and bowls, etc. It was great to have to use for a quick and easy water supply other than drinking water. The shower hose came folded and a little creased and is pretty cheap but works just fine.

Only tried it one time just to see how it works and get familiarized before I go camping. Works amazing. I set up in my backyard in sunlight and checked it a few hours later and it was warm! Summer will be better I’m in the PNW so it’s not too warm right now but when in sunlight this bad boy heats up in about 3-4 hours, it also has a temperature gauge on it to tell you how warm it is. Either way, for camping shower, it easy access to wash hands this thing will come in handy! Glad to add it to my camping arsenal!

I picked this up so that we’d have a way of scrubbing the sunblock off at the end of hot summer camping days.We had a chance to use this this weekend. It was a bright, hot sunny 80° and by 5:00 p.m. we had 110° water for our evening shower. Starting water temperature was from a natural spring and probably below 50°.The capacity allowed two adults and a 5 year old to each shower, turning off the flow of the water while sudsing up, of course. The materials seem much more durable than your typical solar shower that is made of the thin black plastic. The only thing we plan to alter is to add a longer hose between the bladder and the shower head so that it can more readily reach the lower parts of your body to properly remove soap.

I purchased this because it was on a lightning deal and we had several upcoming camping trips. Now, I’m not sure I’ll ever go camping without it again. Assembly was quick and easy despite not having any instructions. It’s pretty self explanatory but there was one little clamp that could have gone in two different places. It’s very easy to fill but once full, it does get heavy. We were in an area where the trees have no low branches so luckily we had a rope to aid in hanging it around a tree. One thing that set this one apart from competitive products is the ability to unhook the handle. That made all the difference in us being able to hang it up easily. From here on out, we’ll likely just keep them together in our gear. This has been super useful for washing dishes, washing hands and feet, brushing teeth, etc. It’s been used more like a spigot for us instead of a shower but it will definitely be useful all around going forward.
