Great product and seems pretty sturdy so far. My five year old granddaughter says they are just like the ones used in the music program at her school. They love them, and one might actually be a future drummer. She has mastered both “loud” and “softly” at 18 months and can follow a simple beat. 🙂

Great pair of drums. As I opened the door they were mid-air as the Amaz0n delivery guy was throwing them onto my elevated porch from the bottom of my stairs. They didn’t break. So if they can withstand an adult throwing them, they will withstand my 3 year old.

I have long wanted hand drum, and this came with two–a small one and a bigger one. The bigger has a deeper tone, but they both have a nice sound. I am playing along with my cd of the pagan group Heilung, and it is awesome. It isnt too loud and doesnt disturb the neighbors in my apartment complex. I love these hand drums. Recommend! ?

I had my doubts about buying them but they are actually quite nice. The quality is good and it seems durable (we’ve had it for over 6 months now) but they are not used very often. They are really engaging surprisingly and I like it that there is two of them. I wish that there was a way to connect the drum sticks to the drum because we already lost ours somewhere. But kids drum with their hands now.

I wanted something for 6 year olds that would actually sound like a drum. Many inexpensive drums, bongos, etc reported loose skins or other problems. This would make them sound flat and no better than banging on a book. These sound like drums and the 2 sizes give 2 tones. Might not last forever, but for the price are just what I want. If the kids show interest, I can upgrade later.

I guess noise levels are relative but these drums don’t blast my ears when my little guy is jamming away on them. They are fun to play with and seem to have some durability.

My 23 month old grandson loves drumming. Any surface (coffee table, plate, top of a can …) and any tool he can get his hands on (spoon, fork, pencils) becomes a drum and drum stick. So when we got these for him, you can hardly tear him away from them. Initially I thought he could use the smaller one and Poppy could use the larger one, and they could play together. But he quickly took claim to both and absolutely loves them. This was a great value. I’d definitely buy them again. The quality is top notch.
