Nice and long. The clamps can be a little tricky because they have a unique shape to them, which if used correctly allows you to connect to a lot of different configurations of battery terminal. For the price they’re great. I use them around the property to easily jumpstart the tractor, the UTV, the truck and other battery powered devices. I’ll probably get another pair for the wifes car. The length of the cables makes it a lot easier to get hooked up.

During this pandemic, my daughter didn’t operate her car for several weeks. The battery was too weak to start. Somewhere over the years I’ve lost my Jumper Cables — who needs them these days, right? Jumper Cables are like alligator repellent — you don’t need it until you need it. And then, damn it, it better work!Well, for $15 I didn’t expect much, but Energizer has such a reliable name, I figured they wouldn’t license their reputation to a company that makes crappy products. So I ordered a set to jump start her car. They arrived the next day. Very high quality, very heavy duty, very good price. Even includes directions (although I did remember how to do it). Now I’m prepared for future emergencies.

These booster cables have everything you need from booster cables and more. It’s long enough to get a boost from some distance, a car length. The quality of insolation is top noche. And the quality of the clamps are better than I expected. Has copper teeth so it has the best conductivity you can possibly get, the design makes it so that you can reach hard to reach places AND!! On top of all of that they have a plastic protector on the longer side of the teeth so just Incase it’s a tight space that you have to reach, you won’t accidentally hit a metal surface and cause damage. Very well protected and very thought out in design. Best booster cables I’ve bought.

I bought this item because I travel back and forth from LA to Miami and my car battery dies for sitting idle weeks at a time. I have AAA and have contacted them to jump start my vehicle but I don’t want to keep wasting their services on a jump start. So I decided to buy some jumper cables and these stood out from the rest because of the name brand. They’re sturdy, good quality and come in a neat plastic pack for easy storage. I used these cables this past weekend with ease. They’re long enough which is great and you can tell the quality is better than many. I definitely recommend!

This review is for 4-gauge, 20 foot Energizer booster cables, Model# ENB420U. I haven’t used the cables yet, but I took the set out of its carrying case, tried the clamps and stowed it back in its case (which has a nylon-like strap handle for carrying and a zipper around 3/4 of the circumference for access). Cable set seems well-made. Insulation appears heavy, reasonably flexible, and probably durable. The terminal clamps are mostly metal with some plastic shielding They have relatively strong springs which should make them hold tightly in use but might be a bit challenging for someone with smaller hands and less-than-average grip strength. (Don’t send great-grandma out this winter to jump-start your Audi and its 6-year old battery with these while you sit and wax your skis.) Getting the cables wrapped in a coil and fit back into the case was a bit of a challenge but not awful – I’d suggest trying it once before you end up doing it the first time in the cold with frost-bitten hands (or you can just chuck them in the trunk like you’d do if they had no case). My cables came with a QR code on a sheet offering a 6-month extension on the warranty if you register it online (maybe by phone too) so I did that, which is how I got pulled into writing this review, haha. I recently bought a new battery for my 2013 Mazda and our Crosstrek battery is about a year old, so I may not need these cables for our cars soon

I only had them for 3 days now and I NEVER expected to use them this soonMy car wasn’t startingAnd yet I only have my temps driving with my dadI asked a lady if she’s able to help us jump out car since i has the cables she was ina. Rush and unfortunately she wasn’t able to help right away but she drove to a police officer near by to assist us to jump out carBoth my Dad and the officer were surprised of how good these cables were and the length were amazingI am so thankful I bought these and the shipping case right on time thankfully

While I haven’t had to actually jump my car yet (will update review when necessary) the quality of these cables feel about 10x better than my last set. I also love the convenient carrying case that’s included, was able to tuck these away out of sight in my vehicle for whenever they may be needed. Definitely recommend cables of some sort, specifically if you’re living in a colder climate!Update – my brothers car needed a jump start and these were excellent. 10/10

Quarantine is a real battery killer. My car was sitting for 6 months straight and I would start it every two weeks. I would to leave it to run idle because my car had two flat tires (I’m lucky that way). These idle charge sessions prolonged it, but inevitabley my battery died. After two months of trying to schedule a friend that had jumper cables to come by and jump my car, I had the novel idea of how I can buy them myself. (For some reason I expected them to cost a bunch of money so I avoided that idea). Finally I took the leap and these were the cables I decided on. They jumped my car no problem. I’ve actually used them about 5 times total now and never had an issue. The clamps stay in place and can always reach where I need them. They come with a round zip up case which is really nice for storing them. The cables are long which makes it easier to jump in spaces like my narrow apartment parking lot where it’s impossible to have two cars face each other. These cables also come with attached instructions for as a quick reminder of the order to do things if needed. Great buy and no complaints here

I bought a nice used vehicle for the wife but jumper cables a MUST for me, kids cars, and her’s! She travels around the Dallas Metroplex on her job and no woman should be stranded with a dead battery. Others in the past have offered help but did not have jumper cables! She won’t have that problem or worry. One use is worth the cost plus how to you value peace of mind? Well constructed, carrying bag a nice extra to keep the cables organized and handy if needed.

hello, the old days of separate jumper cables is still around for some, but for the new driver and non mechanical person, these cables are easy to set up and use in an emergency.as part of a safety package for our new driver in the family, this set was given for emergency use and the directions are virtually fool proof. so, with the instructions inside and a good information given to our new driver, the situation is one less worry in case of emergencies.thank you for a simple easy to use product that anyone can use safely.
