This is a review for the Cetaphil Mineral Sunscreen STICK for sensitive skin. Much smaller than a deodorant but bigger than a lipgloss, this little beauty doesn’t take up much real estate in my handbag which means that I’m never without it. It might seem small for the price but since it is a solid the product it contains goes much further than watery liquids.Pros: this feels GORGEOUS as I smooth it on, gliding outward in overlapping stripes. My neck is particularly dry, scratchy and sensitive and this feels very soothing and beneficial. No messy fingers or rubbing in excess. Use what I need and no more. Clean, efficient application. Really appreciate the portability. Easy to smooth on in the car. No white cast. Smooth it on and you’re good to go. Very soothing to sensitive skin.I can’t think of any cons. The first time I used it there were a couple of crumbly bits and it felt a bit like a thin layer of Aquaphor but that had resolved by the second application. I wouldn’t attempt to use this with makeup, I use it barefaced on our weekend adventures. I use moisturizer with SPF before leaving the house but by the time we get to the sun and the fun I need topping up and this is perfect. I look forward to using it. Clean, clear, soothing SPF 50 – can’t beat it!

Great SPF for fair skin. I am VERY pale, so the white cast from most SPFs isn’t a problem for me. But burning is, and thankfully my cheeks haven’t even gotten rosy because of this. It’s light feeling on the skin, easy to blend, doesn’t sting my sensitive skin, and easy to reapply without it pulling up. I will say it is slightly drying to the skin though. Moisture really well before applying or your skin will be dry in about an hour.I do hope they make tinted versions for deeper completions soon. This would not do well with anyone who isn’t pale. I cannot speak to how this works under make up, but it hasn’t broken me out at all.

I bought this sunscreen to use mostly on my face- I am combining tinted Australian Gold face sunscreen with this product because the AG product is just a bit dark on my skin. This product goes on white and must be rubbed into the skin to avoid looking ghost/clown face- so the two applied together look great on and provide a ton of protection. I also use this sparingly on my neck, chest and arms along with other products- all in an effort to prevent more sun spots from appearing from days long ago going without any protection at all (I’m looking at you 1978-1988.) The tube is fairly big and should last through many applications this summer. I absolutely LOVE that it doesn’t effect my eyes- goodbye to sunscreen products that turn my eyes red and hurt for HOURS.

I received a little sample bottle of this facial sunscreen in my Allure box and immediately fell in love! I’m a stickler about sunscreen and always apply it when going in the sun. I apply sunscreen on my face on a daily basis no matter what and have for years! This product is perfect for wearing on the face! It’s light as you can see in the picture, it’s not thick so a little goes a long way. It is sheer just as described and does leave a matte finish so no greasy sunblock look or clogged pores, which I love!! It’s designed to be worn under makeup and I’ve worn it under makeup many times and had no issues with creasing, making my skin oily later in the day, affecting my makeup application, or even drying my skin out because it is matte. I typically purchase foundations with SPF in them but for you ladies that don’t this will be the perfect addition to your makeup routine! It doesn’t have the sunscreen smell or really doesn’t have much of a smell at all for people that don’t like smells. The bottle is small but that’s the only size they come in. I have seen these in stores for about $1.50 more than what’s it’s priced on Amazon and the bottle is the same size. There is a bead in the bottle so you do have shake the bottle thoroughly before application so you don’t get the white cast everyone is complaining about. READ YOUR DIRECTIONS FOLKS! I included a picture of the back of my hand seconds after applying it and there is no white cast of any kind and I haven’t gotten it on my face either. I do have lighter skin but I will say skin care products do have to soak into your skin so be patient!! It does make my skin feel very soft and velvety. I’ve tried many more pricier facial sunscreen brands and they don’t come close to this stuff! Cetaphil products have come highly recommended by several of my dermatologists and is definitely an underrated skin care line! People don’t realize the importance of sunscreen in general but especially on the face, neck, and chest area until they’re looking into Botox, fillers, and expensive laser treatments because they look years older than they really are, which all could have been prevented by a $13 bottle of sunscreen and a couple seconds of your day to apply it. UVA rays age your skin so fast!!! If you don’t want to be leather face order some! PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CORRECTION!!!!

Llevo una semana utilizando éste producto y hasta el momento todo bien. Deja una fina capa blanca sobre la piel pero casi indetectable. Esto no me molesta para nada porque me sirve como primer para la aplicación del maquillaje. Es sumamente ligero, fácil de aplicar, no tiene olor, no arde en los ojos, no irrita. Previo al sunscreen humecto mi piel con cerave. Mi piel queda perfecta, no reseca ni grasosa. Como referencia, tengo piel madura, área T grasosa, tono de piel light to medium neutral.
