Branding and marketing of the products in the sports health takes a big chunk of a products cost, therefore most of the time you are getting lower quality standards, fillers and or less dense quantity product; I’ve been loyal to bulk supplements since I tried it up against leading brands, expected effect for a bigger bang for your buck since day one, I take beta alanine along with creatine hydre with BCAAS for pre workout, and I can feel more ready for pumps and reps than without it, makes workouts more pleasant, note that I don’t add any caffeine, and my focus is sharp, muscle mind connect easier, feel very satisfied after the workout, plus I can jump in the shower, go to bed and fall asleep with ease, no jitters, no overstimulation…smooth all the way through.

Top quality Beta-Alanine. Recommended dosage is 600mg, but without a scoop, I had to raid the kitchen drawers for a comparable scoop. I mix it with a few ounces of water and the tingle comes in about 10 minutes.Recommended.

I know the benefits of Beta-Alanine; reduces fatigue for intense workouts, and this does just that except the amount you get and the price that goes with it is insane! to be able to make your own pre-workouts…what?! if I were to give feedback though it would be to include a small spoon or bottle vs. a pouch. Its not a big deal but just thought this may help you realize you wont get that in your order. Im ordering Theanine next so stay tuned for that review.

Doing some random YouTube browsing came across Bata alanine videos and apparently is the key ingredient in most of pre-workouts and I didn’t know you could almost get the same effect if you need a quick boost with a baking soda I had my doubts but try it you even get that tingling pins and needles ?????}}paresthesia {{????? sensation but this product is really good I could feel it that same sensation already

I purchased this product as a part of my own pre-workout stack consisting of 4 g Beta Alanine, 6 g Citrulline Malate, and 4 g Creatine Monohydrate. I have taken a few other pre-workouts in the past and do not like many of the added fillers ($$), and having to deal with unknown dosage amounts that end up in “proprietary blends”. Bulk Supplements provide exactly what they advertise, the purest form of said ingredients at very reasonable products. That being said, the quality of the products are top notch and my results have been reflective of that. I have made significant gains on my lifts in both volume and number, increased strength, stamina, and endurance, and have been able to do so on a caloric deficit without compromise. My aim was to control the specific dosages of each ingredient for my desired results (fat loss and muscle gain), and Bulk Supplements have allowed me to do that. All three powders mix and dissolve very well with water, with no clumping or residue left behind in the shaker bottle.Beta Alanine is said to help prevent muscular fatigue during workouts, while Citrulline Malate is a vaso-dialator, which leads to a better pump. Creatine Monohydrate helps support lean muscle and ATP synthesis while aiding in muscular recovery. It is especially beneficial for anaerobic exercises that require that extra push.As far as I can tell, the Beta Alanine and Creatine Monohydrate both have neutral flavors, but the Citrulline Malate is extremely bitter. I would recommend mixing with some form of sweetener to offset the bitterness and make this blend more palatable. I use Fruit Punch Gatorade powder (11g) for my mix and it works for me. This is only about a half dose of the Gatorade powder as listed on the bottle, but again, trying to cut involves limiting sugar and calorie intake. Some may want it sweeter, but I’m taking this for results, not taste. To anyone looking to build a custom pre-workout, I would highly recommend using Bulk Supplements. Shipping is fast, accurate, and relatively inexpensive compared to the flashier brands you will see in places like GNC. I will soon be adding BCAA 2:1:1 into my daily routine to help with muscle soreness and recovery as well.

I had started taking a few different mineral and amino acids for supplements and came across Beta Alanine. Mostly used in pre-workout powders, but the majority of what I read is that it isn’t in sufficient amounts to really help. Many comments were that they used it individually to build their own pre-workout supplement that was more effective to what they were trying to accomplish. Additionally research led me to Bulk Supplements as a highly rated, but one of the most cost effective companies out there. I generally have well rounded workout routines, heavier on the cardio but I also have a good mix of weight training. I needed a small boost for running and cycling, so after having tried L-Cirtulline I decided to add in some of the Beta Alanine. Its really hard to describe, but you know when its working because you will get a nice tingly feeling starting on your face or lips/ears and then it kind takes over. The fact that Bulk Supplements sells it as is with no extra binders or flavorings is a huge value add, plus it’s pretty good on the purity level from the testing results I found during a search.I am writing this after taking some as part of my pre-workout, it was good enough that after drinking it my lips slightly felt tingly within 1 minute due to the pre-workout liquid. It’s pretty good stuff and will last around 20-30 minutes on what I feel is a good dosage for me.

I purchased this as part of my preworkout (in addition to creatine and citrulline malate) and I must say, this will certainly become a permanent addition to my training supplementation. Since beta-alanine counteracts the muscles’s increased pH levels brought on by exercise, fatigue is noticeably diminished and I am able to perform at least 1-2 more reps of every exercise that I do. I take a 3.5g dose (which is slightly higher than the standard 3.2g dose) which is enough to last me throughout my 2-3 hour workout. A well-known side effect of beta-alanine is a tingling or “pins & needles” sensation throughout the skin, but this is harmless and goes away the more I use it.The packaging is simple, there are no fillers, and I get exactly what I want from this supplement. It’s perfectly suited for my purposes and will definitely buy this again once my 250g bag runs out… which may take a while!

On time delivery. checkHelpful employees. checkExcellent communication. checkI am not a chemist so I cannot conclusively verify the exact quality, strength or content of the items received. However, as a layman bodybuilder I can honestly say the materials that I sourced through Bulk Supplements have helped me increase muscle size and strength quickly while minimizing recovery periods.Issues with muscle recovery have limited my physique for years but I felt uncomfortable using supplements (due totally to my ignorance). Recently I decided to give it a shot. After much reading and evaluation of appropriate materials for my first stack, I felt comfortable enough to proceed. I found after a few weeks that my muscle recovery and growth have clearly improved without adversely affecting my health or using questionable substances. I have also noticed the side benefits of heightened focus and increased memory as well. Again this does not quantify the quality of Bulk Supplements products but it leads me to believe that they provide exactly what they claim. (I feel that a placebo effect would explain the significant decrease in muscle soreness that I expected but would not explain the surprising post workout pump and growth which I did not expect at all).I know there are pricy packaged pre/post workout cocktails out there but I like measuring out the exact amounts of the materials I want that are appropriate to my size, diet, timing and regimen. It requires thoughtful reading, organization and a willingness to experiment but I believe these results are more rewarding (and the process more interesting and engaging).I have placed this review on each of the items I have ordered from Bulk Supplements as I will only give my personal opinion on products I have direct experience with.Disclosure: I did receive a free sample of CLA from Bulk Supplements.

I was using a well known brand previous to this (pre workout). But the expense of ordering every 2 weeks was just too much. 2 people using a 30 day supply…..it doesn’t last long. Plus I researched the ingredients and the stuff added as nothing more than flavour enhancers or fillers with zero proof to back up any benefits.Being able to get pure Beta Alinine and so many other products from Bulk Supplements is awesome. Now I can make my own stacks and leave out on a particular day anything I may not need?(lift days vs hiit days etc). I can dose way more effectively and I know im getting only pure product……no fillers. This Beta Alinine has kept my workouts on the level Im used to and has improved endurance and energy throughout. I have also managed to keep progressing lifts wise and weights. I love Bulk Supplements, not just for the clean no mess product line, but for the serving sizes you get for half the cost of branded filler type equivalents.Il never go back to the brand I used before…..and I was Brand ambassador. Should tell you everything you need to know.Bulk Supplements are the best and give you total control (who else does over 300 products?)

I have been using Pure Beta Alanine Powder for about 8 months. Since Beta-alanine is an amino acid and a precursor of carnosine, I wanted to use something that functioned as an antioxidant, provide organ support, aid in overall muscle function and help with my lack of energy come gym time.I generally use brand name pre-workout powder mixes, but those products can contain a mixed bag of ingredients that may or may not be effective for my requirements. After some careful research and reading over a lot of user reviews for both Beta Alanine and the Bulk Supplement brand I decided to try their product. The bottom line is that after a few months of using this product along with a few other Bulk Supplement products ( L-

    BulkSupplements Pure L-Citrulline DL-Malate 2:1 Powder (1 Kilogram)

     and

BulkSupplements Pure L-Arginine a-Ketoglutarate (AAKG) Powder (1 Kilogram)

) I definitely found improvement in both my workouts and daily energy levels.I generally use the recommended daily doses, which helps provide just the right amount of assistance with energy levels and a mild pump during workout sessions. As a reference, I am not a bodybuilder. but I am athletic and in my 50’s prone to low energy levels. On average I take 3 servings of Beta Alanine throughout the day. With tea or coffee in the morning to get me going and then in a mid-day protein shake and finally in a homemade pre-workout drink stacked with Creatine Monohydrate, L-Arginine and L-Citrulline. I usually don’t include any caffeine products with this regimen since I usually workout in the early evening. This is an example of my profile and how the product affects me, so naturally this regimen won’t work for everyone. I am more than satisfied with the results of this product. I have experienced no side effects and lab results as seen during my regular physician visits have shown no abnormalities in liver, kidney BP levels, which were of concern when taking these supplements for over 6 months.I’ll continue to use Bulk Supplement products and recommend them based on my 8 months of experiences. Happy Health.
