1. PDF proof. PDF proof is an electronic proof. We charge $5.00 to send the proof via email.

2. Epson Proof. Is a printed proof, which also called hard copy proof it is a 80%-85% match with the final printed product and it is sent through mail for the customer to approve before the job is printed. The person in charge of sending the proofs to the customer is the person who is processing the orders.

Group Sets is a new feature designed to save you time! If you want multiple orders of the same product, you can now simply specify how many sets you want grouped in one shipment. Group Shipping is automatically defaulted for eligible products; you can also select no group shipping. Need another set of this product sent to a different location? Create a new group and Drop Ship it. It’s easy!

Have your artwork ready to upload now? If your order contains 15 or more sets and is eligible* (exclusions apply: see below), the “Add to Cart” button will turn into a “Continue” button, and you’ll see a prompt to upload your artwork now, or continue as normal. Simply upload your ZIP file of artwork for this entire order, and continue through checkout as usual. A Customer Experience Representative will call you shortly after receipt of payment to verify that we have applied your artwork to your order correctly, and the order will begin to process.
