I have been growing Microgreens for many months now! These micro greens are of excellent quality! The first photograph shows them after two days and the second photograph shows my micro greens after four days. I will let them grow for a minimum of six days before I begin to consume them! The flavor of these is outstanding, the germination rate is excellent. I grow these under a little grow light kit. I store my unused seeds in the vegetable bin of my refrigerator! I grow my micro greens on top of coco coir pads in water! This is so easy!

High quality seeds that were easy to grow. I followed the recommended directions on their website for ratio to use per square inch of grow area and the results were good: high yield and quick/not many days/7-10 days for microgreens. It makes a very healthy addition to sandwiches, salads and other food. It’s great that it can be grown in a small, interior apartment space and with very little sunlight.

These high-quality sulforaphane microgreen seeds required no soaking and literally sprouted overnight after I planted them in coco coir. The plants grow quickly and I have had no problem with mold. I also appreciate the lot number and packing date provided on the package. Not all seed companies provide this information. I highly recommend this company.

I have been sprouting for quite some time and when I discovered that I can get a variety of sulforaphane veg in one package, I jumped on it. It’s very easy to sprout. I use wide mouth mason jars and sprouting lids I got on Amazon. Just follow the directions and in a few days you will have delicious sprouts to eat. I will keep buying this brand.
