We, the members of Ecology Agriculture Trade, Inc. (E.A.T.), in partnership with our Benevolent Creator, invite like-minded individuals to join us in cultivating a more loving, caring, and compassionate society. We are committed to integrating sustainability, permaculture, and environmentally friendly practices to create a harmonious world. Through local and international agritourism experiences, we aim to educate, heal, and rejuvenate in sacred spaces.
Our Mission:
To establish sustainable intentional societies and promote this model globally. Through ecological restoration, land development, and innovative trade practices, we strive to make fresh agriculture more accessible, productive, profitable, and sustainable.
Our Organization:
Ecology Agriculture Trade, Inc. (E.A.T.) is registered in the State of Florida as an indigenous sharing society, operating on a sharing economy model. We are a Civic League Social Welfare Organized Nation and an Indigenous Sharing Society, and members of the United Nations (ECOSOC) Economic and Social Council.
Our Community:
E.A.T. is a heterosexual private society welcoming individuals from all nations, backgrounds, and ages, including families, youth, elders, and vendors. We come together in a sacred sharing society, united in our vision of oneness and collaboration.
Our Commitment:
E.A.T. is dedicated to eradicating poverty and ending hunger through initiatives such as food distribution, land preservation, market access, and food safety measures. By combining natural farming systems and technology, we aim to increase yields and cultivate certified private label agriculture. E.A.T. also focuses on preserving indigenous land, biodiversity, providing ecosystem services, and offering environmental training.
Our Goals:
Economic Empowerment: Practice collective economics to fund seed capital for “HIVE FINANCIAL,” our central financial system designed to provide private funding for sustainable projects.
Resource Sharing: Gift, Share, Trade, Lease, Buy, Sell, Bequeath Information, Services, Goods, Land, Real Estate, Vehicles, Vessels.
Food Production: Grow and provide clean food; cultivate healing and medicinal herbs and botanicals for private label, sacramental, and liturgical use. Offer farm-to-table options while regulating organic guidelines and food safety.
Environmental Stewardship: Honor and protect Mother Earth and the rights of original peoples, the environment, local communities, farmers, gardeners, and growers.
Community Support: Provide Members with access to https://MyEcoHive.com, a Digital Bridge, and social media for business networking and international marketplace opportunities.
Education and Training: Recruit students for our Environmental Ambassadors and eco-preneurship training, particularly focusing on at-risk youth in rural and urban communities. E.A.T. fundraises for economic stimulation for S.T.E.A.M. programs and provides scholarships at participating schools.
Renewable Energy: Provide alternative and renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, hydro, and natural sources of power.
Humanitarian Aid: Provide humanitarian aid, legal services, disaster relief, clean-up, emergency search and rescue, medical transport, and refugee relocation services.
Environmental Advocacy: Commit to making our earth a cleaner and greener place, adapting to purer and healthier life changes. Protect and serve all trustees, stakeholders, members, policies, and investment plans.
Sustainable Living: Allocate land to build a model society, using sustainable home-building supplies such as aircrete, hempcrete, bamboo and more.
Seed Preservation: Establish a SEED BANK to preserve and harvest non-GMO, authentic heirloom seeds and native seed varieties.
Market Expansion: Increase local and international trade across borders to expand market share and access.
Research and Development: Identify and address major research priorities that support healthy food production, distribution, logistics, and agricultural systems.
Public Awareness: Produce content and Public Service Announcements (PSA’s) to sensitize society about the benefits of ecological preservation, plant identification, access to organic agriculture, and the importance of sustainable living.
Partnerships: Liaise and work with socially responsible businesses and trade partners to foster peace and goodwill.

This Declaration cannot be amended or modified except in writing, signed by authorized representatives. This Declaration is accompanied by a mutual non-compete, non-disclosure agreement by the effective immediate by the date and signature of this application.
